A team from the Philippine Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, headed by Ambassador Mersole J. Mellejor, traveled to kano City, Nigeria, on 21-22 September 2024, to visit and render services to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) employed by three (3) companies, namely: Lee Group, Mamuda Group and the Nigerian Lebanese International Hospital.  While in Kano, the team engaged with management representatives of the three (3) companies, conducted site tours and met the OFWs. The team updated the OFWs on services provided by the Philippine Embassy, processed applications for overseas voting and extended consular and ATN services.
