ACCRA, 14 September 2022 - Post’s three-member consular and diplomatic team comprised of Third Secretary and Vice Consul Dana Michelle C. Del Rosario, Consular Office Ms. Janice S. Villamar, and Assistance to Nationals (ATN) Officer Mr. Abdullah P. Cali visited Accra, Ghana to conducted a consular outreach on 10 and 11 September 2022.
Through the assistance provided by Honorary Consul Mrs. Maricel Villanueva-Wu, the team was able to process passport renewals and applications, as well as civil registrations. The team also held an open forum with the Filipino Community to address their pressing inquiries regarding consular issues.

On 12 September, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Del Rosario, accompanied by Consul Wu, called on the Director of Asia Bureau of the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Mr. William Anani-Abotsi, to discuss the pending bilateral agreements between the Philippines and Ghana. In the afternoon of the same day, Third Secretary and Vice Consul Del Rosario also met with Mr. Edward B. Ashong-Lartey, Director for Investor Services of the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) to talk about the plans and preparations for the upcoming Ghana Trade and Investment Promotion Mission to the Philippines. -END
