The public is informed that in the interest of transparency, the Philippine Embassy, through instruction from the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), will continue to accept accreditation requests from Mass Media Entities, Election Observers or Monitors, and Civil Society Partners or Volunteers for 2022 National and Local Elections (NLE), per COMELEC Resolution No. 10776, until 09 May 2022.
Below are the requirements for accreditation:
- Accomplished COMELEC Accreditation Application Form.
- Two (2) photographs taken in the last six (6) months measuring 2 inches by 2 inches or 5 cm. by 5 cm;
- Photocopy of a valid ID card with photo (e.g. passport, driver’s license)
- Endorsement from the applicant’s media company, non-government organization, or civil society group.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the subject, "Media Accreditation", "Election Observer/Monitor Accreditation", or "Civil Society Partner/Volunteer", whichever classification is applicable.
All applications for accreditation will be evaluated according to the qualifications listed under COMELEC Resolution No. 10776. Approved applications will be notified via e-mail and will be provided official IDs that may be used during the course of the overseas voting and counting of votes at the polling center of the Philippine Embassy.
